Helping Athletes Stay in the Game
Root-cause treatment, progressive rehabilitation & performance-focused care.
I know what it's like to be told to stop doing the things you love.
Growing up, I played every sport I could find. From volleyball and basketball to track, cross country, weightlifting, martial arts and climbing, I was always chasing the next challenge. Unfortunately, my body wasn't keeping up. Chronic knee pain, hamstring injuries, sprained ankles and back pain became a constant part of my life.
The advice was always the same: slow down, stop training, or accept that pain was part of the process.
I refused to believe that.
What started as a personal search for answers became a career dedicated to helping others avoid the same frustration. I earned a degree in Kinesiology from San Diego State University, graduated summa cum laude from chiropractic school, and pursued advanced training focused on sports injuries, movement assessment and performance rehabilitation.
The turning point came when I successfully resolved the same knee problem that had limited me for over a decade. For the first time, I wasn't just pain-free, I moved better and performed better than before. That experience shaped the philosophy behind Olympus Sports Therapy.
Recovery isn't the goal. Returning stronger is.
Today, I help athletes, active adults and motivated individuals identify the true source of their pain, build a clear plan for recovery, and confidently return to the activities that matter most. Every treatment plan is built around one objective: helping you move better, perform better and stay active for the long term.
More than 200 patients have trusted Olympus Sports Therapy to help them get back to training, competition and everyday life with confidence.
If you've been told to slow down, give up, or simply live with the pain, you're in the right place.
